Shipping and returns
Please note, there may be delays in delivery due to the current situation.
ETARO ships its products within the European Union. Delivery costs are shown during the order process and depend on the country the products are delivered to. Normally products will be delivered within a few days.
Please be aware that any delays caused by our logistic partner are beyond the control of ETARO.

In case certain products cannot be delivered at short notice or there is delay in delivery we will inform you via e-mail.
All products of ETARO can be returned within 28 days from the date on which you (or someone you nominate) received the products purchased. This right is limited to unused, unwashed and undamaged products from which tags and/or protective seal attached have not been removed. In case these conditions are not fulfilled ETARO may reduce your refund to reflect such decrease in value, up to the total amount you paid for the relevant product(s).
On return of goods the purchaser would have to bear the costs of return. The postal service can be chosen by the purchaser. We would ask the customer to send the goods, postage paid, to our address:
For returns received unfranked the shipping costs charged by the forwarder would be deducted from the credit to the customer.
For returns please follow the following steps:
- Sign in into your account or create a account to convert a guest account into a customer account.
- Click "my orders" and select the order you want to return.
- Click "Return items" at the bottom of the page to create the return shipment, choose the quantity and the reason for return and then send the return request.
- Pack the product in its original packaging and return it to us with a shipping service provider of your choice.
Please be aware that returns will only be accepted from the country the products originally were delivered to. Returned products will be examined. In case of unused, unwashed and undamaged products from which tags and/or protective seal attached have not been removed product price will be refunded. Costs of shipping will not be refunded. Refunds will be done via the payment method used for the original purchase. Please be aware that it might take a few days until amount refunded is credited to your account. Right of withdrawal
Independent from the general return policy buyers are entitled to cancel this agreement within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which the Buyer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Buyer, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Buyer shall inform ETARO, by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by postal mail, telefax or email), of his decision to withdraw from this Agreement.
